I felt immensely happy. I had always seen this trip as a dream to be fulfilled, but I never imagined it would become a reality so soon. Dubai was exactly that: a dream come true.

When I found out I had won the Dubai trip, it was absolutely crazy. I was out of breath in the office, and everyone kept asking me, ‘What happened to you? What’s going on?’ I couldn’t even speak — I was just pointing at my phone. Then one of my colleagues picked it up, saw the message that I had won, and suddenly we were all screaming and crying. It felt unreal.
My favorite moment of the trip was definitely the pool party with Mike and the other qualifiers. For me, it was such a close, personal moment — sharing in a different way, making jokes, laughing, having drinks, and realizing that Mike, someone I had always admired from a distance, was right there with us, so genuine and approachable. That was truly special.
I also learned a lot from this trip. One unforgettable lesson was at the Burj Al Arab, the 7-star hotel where we went for a golden coffee. Mike asked the waitress for lobster rolls, but she said they weren’t available. He insisted with confidence, and a few minutes later she came back saying the chef would prepare them especially for us. That moment showed me something powerful: when you really want something, you can make it happen — yes or yes.
And the biggest takeaway for me was a phrase Mike repeated: in b:hip, as Diamonds, we go all in. In everything we do, we give 200%. That mentality and perspective are what I will carry with me forever from this unforgettable trip.
